Recipe For Success:
We haven’t ventured much from our “recipe” we sent in last year. However, if I could add one more component it would have to be competition. I am a firm believer in fostering a healthy spirit of competition. The teachers at Brighton Middle are always looking for ways to be better than they were the year before. We utilize academic banners in the front atrium of the school to both advertise our students’ success but also boost our own school-wide competitive spirit. We tend to rely on the encouragement that comes from within our own Brighton Middle School family.
Additionally, I would most certainly be remiss if I failed to mention the constant support we get from our parents, PTO, and other stakeholders. This school couldn’t function without them.
